Ron Fanish
Team Principal
Ron Fanish is a serial entrepreneur who has built a reputation for turning high-performing operations from the ground up. He grew a restoration franchise into one of the top-performing locations out of 400+ nationwide, offering full-service restoration, cleaning, and reconstruction. He is also co-owner of a plumbing company and a luxury made-to-measure home interiors company serving Fairfield and Westchester counties. Ron was the one who brought the founding partners together to form Greenwich Sound Polo Team, and his proven track record in building and scaling successful businesses is the backbone of how the team runs off the field.

Al Keshvarzian
Team Principal & Captain
Al is a competitive polo player who brings firsthand knowledge of the sport to every decision the team makes. Al is also a Group Senior Vice President of Corporate and Institutional Banking at PNC Financial Services, where he manages relationship banking and new business acquisition for middle market companies. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and has built a career across some of the most respected names in finance, including BNY Mellon, AIG, and Wells Fargo, with deep expertise in capital markets, hedge funds, and portfolio management. As team captain, he leads player selection and on-field strategy, combining the precision of institutional finance with a lifelong commitment to the game. -
Tony Pec
Team Principal
Tony Pec is a Forbes-featured business growth advisor who has helped over 1,000 businesses generate more than $75 million in revenue. He is a national keynote speaker who has given a TEDx talk and is a managing partner of Forbes Featured advisory firm, Y Not You. He built an online brand as the Godfather of Instagram with a following of over 350,000 across platforms. He is the founder of The Circle, a 200+ member professional networking community across New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey. He is also founder of the Impact Golf Outing, the largest charity golf event in the country, drawing over 2,000 guests. Tony brings to Greenwich Sound Polo Team the same approach he applies across his ventures: build something people want to be part of, put the right people in the room, and let the brand speak through the experience.
